President Obama is trying to regulate the banks. The financial sector ran amok during the last few years and nearly brought the entire economy down with them. If the government hadn’t stepped in under both the Bush and Obama administrations the crash of the financial sector would have devastated the country.
We can’t afford such future bailouts. The banks have to start acting responsibly. Since we know they won’t do it on their own, they need to be regulated.

Funny, I’m not poor and bank stocks aren’t in my life at all.
The reason banks need regulations that are enforced is that they screwed up royally and engaged in practices that were in danger of ruining the country. In fact they acted as if they were a kind of crime fraternity that didn’t need to abide by normal rules of running a business. Bush let them do what they wanted, they did and the entire country, and the world, is suffering for it.

They’re easy targets with little power to stop him if he’s able to get congress on board. Plus it’s easy for him to spin it to where they look greedy so that he has support of the people who don’t know any better. It’s all politics and propaganda. The banks have already paid back what they owed with interest. Meanwhile the car companies along with Freddie Mac and Fannie May have not paid anything back but they for some reason get a free pass. Oh wait, I know, it’s because the government runs all of those. How can the government demand money from the government? They can’t! Money can only come from the people. That’s why he keeps attacking the banks.

What is the best car for me..?
I’m coming up to my 17th and planning on getting a car as most 17 year Old do, so needing a little bit of advice of what car would suit me.
I have a budget of around ?3000 but can extend if the car is just right, i know most people see your first car as a "throw away car" so to speak. but i am looking for a car that i would keep for the best part of 4 years till im 21.
Any who im looking for a car with and insurance group between 1-5 preferably but has space, practical, reliable and good MPG. I am a big snowboarder so i would need a nice boot space without seats down but like i said if the car is right i shall probably get a trailer, i will be travelling in it down to places like Pyrenees, alps etc, so a good car that is good to tow if trailer is needed. So with the travelling comfort is a massive need.
I was also looking at mini vans not such as the fiesta size more VW CADDY/maxi size, but to my understanding it won’t be possible to insure as either most insurance companies wont allow if under 21 and also as its a Commercial vehicle it would have to do with Business..? Please help as lack of knowledge in this, So any help would be appreciated.
I have searched and searched but it’s driving me mad now so have turned to help

Texas Duck Hunting Question-Richland Creek WMA (2009-2010 Season)?
I hunt Lake Conroe near Conroe, TX all of the time, and it seems like the hunter population is increasing and the bird population is decreasing (season by season). Its pretty disappointing. Im looking to expand my hunting grounds to the east and north east. I read an article about some public hunting land near Athens, TX called Richland Creek WMA near Richland-Chambers Resevoir.
I was wondering if anyone has hunted in or around this area and if so, what can you tell me about it? How are the bird numbers? Any Advice? Also, does anyone have a recomendations for other places to hunt in east to northeast texas? Thanks alot!
Richland Creek Wildlife Management Area is located in an ecotone separating the Post Oak Savannah and Blackland Prairie ecological regions and the Area lies almost entirely within the Trinity River flood plane. The Area is subject to periodic and prolonged flooding. Average annual rainfall is 40 inches. Soils consist primarily of Trinity and Kaufman clays. These bottomland soils are highly productive and support a wide array of bottomland and wetland dependant wildlife and vegetation communities.
Vast bottomland hardwood forest communities characterized by cedar elm, sugarberry, and green ash dominate the area. Honey locust, boxelder, and black willow are also common. Pockets of bur oak, shumard oak, overcup oak, water oak, willow oak, and native pecan also occur. The understory is dominated by hawthorn, cat briar, poison ivy, and rattan with shade tolerant grasses and forbs comprising the herbaceous layer. Large non-forested areas also occur and are characterized by diverse herbaceous communities.
The vast bottomland hardwood forests serve as nesting and brood rearing habitat for many species of neotropical birds. The Area has numerous marshes and sloughs, which provide habitat for migrating and wintering waterfowl, wading birds and shore birds, as well as diverse aquatic life.

Restrooms unavailable.
Flooding may occur during heavy rains, so be prepared to move to higher ground.
ATV’s allowed only during special permit hunts.

If the word each weren’t there, the sentence would say that the courtyard and penthouse added together hold 100 people. By putting that each in there, you now have a singular subject that requires the singular verb holds. I know hold sounds like it could be correct. And, no one would notice it in spoken English and few would catch it in written English. But, holds is actually correct.

This gives an opportunity for Marybeth Carter, a rival student, to achieve an “A” and become valedictorian. As Leigh Ann tries to catch up doing extra credit by setting up graduation seating with her best friend, Jo Lynn, history class failure Luke Churner, enters with Mrs. Tingle’s final exam cheat sheet. Leigh Ann is caught with it and Mrs. Tingle threatens to tell the Principal about it. The result would have been expulsion, so the trio of teenagers attempt to regain Leigh Ann’s innocence by reasoning with Mrs. Tingle. When their attempt fails, they attack Mrs. Tingle and tie her to her bed. Is there a possible way to prove Leigh Ann innocent?
