Back to the Future Part II (1989) IMDB rating: 7.00 Plot: This movie picks up where the last one left off; with Doc Brown and Marty going into the future to help Marty’s future offspring. I) To prove marriage was in good faith , one of the conditions mentioned by uscis is-?

III) What is the best way for a spouse to pay off the mortgage of a US citizen after marriage to maintain documents to prove in future if needed that he/she had been equally paying the house mortgage of their spouse US citizen ?

IV) Does paying off mortgage of a US citizen, generally mean that the alien spouse has to surely enter his/her name legally on the mortgage papers with the US citizen (who has actually taken the house mortgage) to prove the usics later that the alien spouse took active part in paying off the mortgage every month ?

I) It is not a question of one or the other condition. Either one will show good faith, as they are not mutually exclusive. I am a US Citizen who married a foreign national, but I had already been an owner of a residence for four years before I even met my wife. After marriage, I changed title from a single man holding title in fee simple, to both my and my wife’s name, as husband and wife, joint tenants with rights of survivorship (JTROS). This means that the husband and wife have an equal share and equal interest in the property, and that if either might die, the surviving spouse immediately has 100% interest. Now, this might be stating the obvious in laws of intestacy, but in this age of multiple divorces and various property rights, JTROS proves conclusively the intent of the married couple regarding the property. The second scenario works like the first, except that there is no need to change a previous title.

II) If there is principle residential property ownership, then the lease question is irrevelant.

III) Obtain a joint checking account where both spouses deposit funds, and out of which the mortgage payments are made. This is comingling of spousal funds, and proves conclusively a joint interest in the property, as well as mutual support.

As to the last question, anything that proves you were physically unable to file the petition on time, such as illness and/or hospitalization, job obligations (especially if it requried foreign travel), family emergency (death, serious illness, or other situation of equal gravity that required your presence.)

Why are the GMA's so shocked that Adam Lambert kissed another guy?
Isn’t this society’s contradiction? Ok, gay marriage but don’t kiss in public? What are people really expecting when they say they are for gay marriage? I’m a little confused. If we are having to have gay marriage beat into us, really people what do you think is going to happen. Men will be hugging other men and kissing in public, in front of you, your children and even your mother in law. So, why is okay to bad mouth Miss Former America for standing up for her Christian beliefs and not Adam Lambert for doing what is natural to him.

I like Adam Lambert and I like gay people, but I don’t think him kissing his male keyboard player on TV was necessary. When I saw that my first thought was "Did you really have to do that?" We know he’s gay, duh. We don’t need to see it like that. I don’t make out with my boyfriend in public. PDA makes a lot of people uncomfortable. I don’t want to see two teenagers (a boy and a girl) make out at the mall any more than I want to see two guys make out.

Adam Lambert IS over the top. That’s who he is. He did what he wanted to do; shock people and get people talking. I did like his performance. It WAS raunchy, but once again, THAT’S WHO HE IS and I totally respect him for sticking to his guns and doing what he felt was necessary to do.

First of all, I have read article after article about the performance and people aren’t talking about the kiss. They’re flipping out over other aspects of the performance.
The kiss was unnecessary, though. I have absolutely no problem seeing gay people kiss. I have no problem seeing a person kissing a monkey. Whatever floats your boat. However, if you’re going to kiss someone, you should do it out of a feeling of love and caring for that person. Adam Lambert did it for shock value. He knew he would get lots of attention for it. Furthermore, he did it with a guy just to garner attention. We all know no one would have cared if he’d kissed a woman (who was standing next to him), so he did it with a guy and Adam knew that, too. There were women around, but no, he chose a man. Besides all that, just randomly kissing someone in the middle of a performance is just dumb. Why would it be entertaining?

So, basically, it isn’t, "Don’t kiss a man." It’s, "Don’t kiss a man just for the shock value of it; kiss a man because you love him."

Slightly off topic, but directed towards previous answerers of the question:
If Adam Lambert is so great, why would he need to do sexual things, which are clearly not innovative, to "get people talking?" Couldn’t he just be really talented and get people talking? People talked about Lady GaGa’s performance. Granted, it was slightly weird, but it she displayed the talent she was there to display: musical talent. As someone who never watched an episode of American Idol, after watching Adam’s performance, I truly have to wonder if he is at all musically talented. He sure didn’t show it the other night.

judging by your fedora (avatar), you’re probably into the whole mafia theme. i like it too. The Godfather was one BAD-ASS game with the absolute best character creation system which i still dont believe any other game has rivaled.

How come I can't do any fortune quests on the Pirates of the Caribbean Online (POTCO)?
I previously was an unlimited access member on Pirates of the Caribbean Online. So in my journal, I have a lot of fortune quests that I can no longer od as a basic member. When I try to do some fortune quests, I keep getting the message: You must complete one of your fortune quetss before accepting another one. I’ve tried dropping the quests Ialready have but I don’t have that option. What should I do if I want to be able to do some fortune quests just as a basic member so that that message doesn’t keep coming up?

The quests I have right now are The Liberation of the Black Pearl, Skeleton Infestation, Pirate Doll Upgrade:Stolen Relic, and Weapon Unlock: Grenade quests.

I have been waking up sick in the morning for weeks…..?
this may be a bit long but here goes. It started oct. 24 2009 I frequently pee but starting on that saturday it was more often then usual and each day got worse till finally on the wed night of the week there was a burning sensation during and after peeing.So thursday I went to a walk in clinic in toronto and when i told the doctor she said what i thought it was a bladder infection so she prescribed an antibiotic called macrobid. Came home and thought that everything would be fine take this for 7 days and that’s it. The next morning I woke up early and was cold and had nausea felt sick to my stomach and had diarrhea didn’t know what it was. I still took my pills twice a day as intended then the next day a saturday a full week since it began woke up cold felt sick to my stomach more then the other day i just laid in bed didn’t really eat anything. Sunday the same thing woke up freezing, diarrhea and the like then I threw up but nothing was coming out just my spit. So i went on wiki and yahoo answers started reading about the side effects of marobid, It was about 6:15 pm eastern time when i called my sis and was thinking of going to the hospital I had abdominable pains and just felt terrible so my sis got in a cab picked me up and we went to the hospital, 3 hours later the ER doc told me to ride it out! and prescribed me lotomil. Upon leaving the hospital outside my sis went to call another cab but i sad let’s walk up the street for a minute cause i felt sick, for the next 5 mins i was throwing up nothing but just my spit making gagging gestures trying to stop myself from throwing up. She got a cab on the side street and we went to a 24hr shoppers drug mart and she got pepto bismol and gravol. I asked her if i could stay most of the week at her place she said yes and when the cab dropped us off and i was in her apartment i threw up some more in her bathroom took some pepto and tried to sleep. The next day I woke up feeling terrible nausea diarrhea and that abdoninable pain. I only had 2 bananas that day the next day still felt awful but i had some carrots and a bannana. the next day a wednesday still felt awful waking up so i took a gravol. 2hrs later felt a lot better ate some slices of bread and more bananas. Thursday felt alot better ate more and then finally friday morning told my sis thanks for everything and I went home. My Appetite picked up each day but sometimes in the week i still felt a bit sick in the mourning but it went away later in the day. Fast forward to nov.17 it’s a Tuesday i wake up feeling terrible almost as bad as when i got sick the first time. I still went out on that day but went to the store to buy some apples and bananas came back felt terrible and only had an apple and banana. The next day i woke up cold and everything else that i felt last time went to the doc that day he told me he doesn’t know what’s wrong so took 3 and a half viles of blood from me and then told me to book an apointment with my home doctor in the same clinic, did that but my visit with her is Dec.16! there are no other openings available sooner than that. came back only had 2 bananas. Thursday same thing woke up cold nausea didn’t eat much just apple and a banana. So that is what has been happening till now tues. nov. 24 haven’t eating much each day and I have diarrhea.

Now, each day i wake up and realize i got nobody - right where i started and alienated my family they don’t know me anymore.. each day no one takes me seriously and people just laugh at me and wanna fight me literally.. like "being myself" isn’t good enough anymore… i don’t know i guess i lost my true identity.. i don’t know how to act or even have a conversation no more.. i got so much baggage.. was it that bad that i manned up and actually spent years toward being the loving and successful person i wanted to be?

in any case i guess i failed because i can sense people see i am such a phony.. i’ve been an top athlete, college grad, blah blah.. i can’t feel any positive like i was never supposed to have all that.. i hate waking up lonely with all my fake friends and paranoia and disrespect i get constantly..

how do i start all over again?

As simplistic as this sounds—you begin one day at a time. You forget what happenned yesterday–and don’t even start to fret about tomorrow.
Live in today. You get through it, do what you need to do, and it becmes a building block for the days to follow.
I have adopted this for my life a year ago, and although it is hard for me to not control and try to plan everything–it has made life less stressful and much easier to get through.
You mentioned BiPolar illness. this is a chemical imbalance and can be controlled with medication and treatment.
I don’t know if you are on meds or not, but it is a good idea.
Ignore what you think other people ’see’ when they look at you.
You deserve every good thing this life has to offer you–believe it.
Education and being healthy make a good foundation for life.
You never know from day to day what may happen or who you may meet.
I am in my 40’s, been divorced, and just made a new female friend—imagine that.
Baggage is in the past–and we ALL have baggage–but don’t let it drag you down.
Live one day at a time–things change and you never know what is on the horizon.

you know what i did, when i was in your same shoes? i packed up three suitcases and moved to los angeles for two years, got away from everyone and everything i knew, all the baggage i had and started COMPLETELY over. brand new place, new faces, all new friends, and my life was absolutely transformed. nobody in a new place knows anything about you and you have the chance to make yourself a brand new person and become who you want to be. it really does make a world of difference. it’s not running away, it’s a life experience that i think you would highly benefit from.

choose somewhere you would love to live and just do it. just go and make a new life for yourself and surround yourself with people who believe in you and adore you. trust me, you’ll thank me for this.

just because you failed once, doesn’t mean you will do it again. you can do this!!!!!
